Please note we require a credit card on file to secure an appointment. At this time we don’t charge for standard bridal appointments however a $50 cancellation fee will incur if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you are sick you will still be charged but we will refund the $50 fee upon completion of your rescheduled appointment. By providing your credit card information you agree to this policy.
Currently our fitted samples accommodate up to a size 14, while our A-line silhouettes accommodate up to a size 22.
Our max guest count is currently 5. Please don’t request more because we cannot make exceptions due to our store layout and seating capacity. We recommend FaceTime & offer gown reveal appointments to guests who were not able to attend the appointment with you.
