We have a guest limit which is assigned at the time of booking. Anything above 3 guests must be approved due to viewing area assignment. Our absolute max is 5. Please don't request more because we cannot make exceptions.

To give you a one-of-a-kind experience, we limit viewing areas and the amount of guests in our store. Weekends tend to fill up fast so you may see more brides than during the week. If you are a private person, weekday appointments are recommended.

Please DO NOT spray tan prior to your appointment as your sample gown will be worn by many brides. We want to keep it as clean as possible.

A bridal consultant will be helping you get in & out of each dress so please make sure you’re wearing undergarments which you will be comfortable being seen in.

There are no food or drinks allowed inside of our salon.

Expect your appointment to run about 1 hour. We don’t ever want to rush you, but we have to be mindful of the next bride and our consultants schedule.

Trunk sales are great ways to get a 10% discount on your favorite designer!

If you find your dream gown during your appointment you will be expected to pay in full at time of ordering. With that said, please keep your budget in mind and stick to it.

Bring your closest companions with you: your mom, MIL, sisters & Maid of Honor. Bringing your whole bridal party isn’t a great idea, though. Too many opinions will stray you from your gut feeling.

We kindly ask to please keep children at home if possible. There are a lot of very delicate and pricey items in the store, not to mention glass & mirrored surfaces. It can be both messy and dangerous. We would like to keep our store a clean, safe and fun environment for all.

We will hold a person accountable if damage is done to our merchandise by them or their child.

Please let us know if a friend or family member has purchased a dress with us and you don't want us to pull that gown for you. There is no way for us to keep track of that unless we are notified.

Prior to your appointment eat something light. You don’t want to be stuffed, but also don’t want to be thinking about food the whole time!

Light makeup is preferred. Again, we are just trying to keep each gown in tip-top shape.

Samples range from size 8 to 14. We will do our absolute best to make a true fit by clipping material, or inserting a panel.

Our gowns start at $1600 & go up to $5000, with most being between $2000-$3000.

We don’t have alterations on-site but we can recommend someone.

Shop at least 10 months in advance, preferably 12. This will ensure you have time for alterations as well.

Your entourage is welcome to look at gowns however please let your consultant handle them.

This goes for accessories as well. We know they're shiny and pretty and everyone wants to have fun, but most of them are made from Swarovski crystals. We don't want your fun day to turn into an unwanted expense.

We require a credit card held on file in order to secure your appointment. There is a $50 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Our professional bridal consultation appointments are extremely through, hands on and insightful. Our stylists work one-on-one with brides to ensure a very intimate experience. With that said the first two appointments (or 3 hours) are free, however any additional required time will incur a $100 consultation fee.
